This agreement governs your use of the Teluma application on Android devices. It is the end-user licence agreement for the app, alongside the Google Play Terms of Service that apply to your download.

Two things to know before you install. Teluma supplies no channels and no content of any kind — you must bring your own lawful playlist. And Teluma is for adults: the minimum age of use is 18.
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and FaceyIT FZ-LLC, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using Teluma you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The agreement is between you and us. Google is not a party to it, is not responsible for the app, and provides no warranty for it. Your download and any purchase are additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Teluma is a media player. It plays media addressed by URLs that you enter: an M3U/M3U8 playlist, an optional XMLTV guide, or the credentials of an Xtream account you hold.
Teluma does not include, host, sell, resell, aggregate, index, recommend or provide access to any channel, stream, film or other content. It ships no catalogue and no directory of sources, and it offers no way to search for one. We have no relationship with any content provider and receive no share of what you pay one.
The subscription described in section 6 unlocks features of the app — playback, the programme guide and catch-up. It unlocks no content, because we have none to unlock.
You are solely responsible for the playlists, guides, accounts and streams you add to Teluma, and for holding the rights or permissions needed to access them. You agree to use the app only for content you are lawfully entitled to receive, and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
We do not verify, inspect, moderate, classify or endorse anything you add. We cannot: the app has no server through which your traffic passes. Any dispute over content, billing, quality or availability is between you and your provider.
You must not use Teluma to infringe copyright or other rights, to circumvent technical protection measures, or to access content unlawfully in your jurisdiction. We may not be able to detect such use, but that does not make it permitted.
Teluma is for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18, or that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher. The app's Google Play target audience is set to adults.
The reason is the nature of the app: it plays unmoderated third-party streams supplied by you, whose content we neither curate nor classify, and which may include material unsuitable for minors.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Teluma on Android devices that you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. The app is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell or sublicense the app; modify it or create derivative works; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent the law expressly permits; or remove any proprietary notice. You may not distribute the app package outside Google Play.
All rights in the app, its name, its icon and its design remain ours.
Teluma is free to download. A free trial of three days begins at first launch and requires no purchase or payment method. After it ends, an active subscription is required to play media, to use the programme guide and to use catch-up. Adding your sources and browsing your channel list remain free.
Local prices are set by Google Play for your country and may differ. Payment is charged to your Google Play payment method on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same period and price until cancelled.
Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and uninstalling Teluma does not cancel it. Purchases can be restored on another device signed in to the same Google account with Restore Purchases.
Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy, including its 48-hour window; beyond it, requests are at our discretion and at Google's. Prices may change; a change to your renewal price takes effect only after Google has notified you and, where required, you have consented.
Teluma lets you hide chosen channels and categories behind a PIN of your own. This is a convenience feature over your own list, not content filtering, moderation or classification: the app cannot know what any stream contains. Keep your PIN private; if you forget it, the only remedy is to clear the app's data. We cannot recover it.
Teluma requires a compatible Android device and an internet connection. We may add, change or remove features, and we may raise the minimum supported Android version. Playback depends on your provider, your network, your device's codecs and Google's platform, none of which we control, so we cannot promise that any particular stream, guide or catch-up window will work.
Where your device and Google account have Android Auto Backup enabled, your settings may be carried to a new device. Your encrypted provider credentials deliberately are not: the key that protects them stays in the Keystore of the original device. You re-enter your playlist link once on the new device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teluma is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work with any given provider or device. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of the app or from any content you access through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid through Google Play for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We, not Google, are solely responsible for the app, for supporting it and for handling any claim relating to it — including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, claims under consumer protection law, and claims that the app infringes intellectual property rights. This licence ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms. On termination you must uninstall the app. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, which it may.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
